Rooftop saw the value in our strategic framework and decided to create a strategic planning department. They asked us to review their processes, embed strategic thinking and processes across all teams, and get buy-in from everyone internally.

THE CHALLENGE
The Agency was very much set in its “production/delivery” ways and embedding strategic planning was a real culture shift.
THE SOLUTION
We ran workshops with all teams to unveil the reservations and practical blockers in their work processes. Because they had experienced the value of strategic planning for the UN campaign we worked together on, we had a very tangible representation of the power of strategy combined with practical operational plans.
We created a handbook with practical steps to design a strategy and tailored it to each team so they would see the value and the role they would play in embedding strategic thinking.
We updated workflows and briefing templates with strategic elements to facilitate adoption.
