Checkstep was a start up set up and managed by ex-Meta moderation leaders who wanted to offer a global moderation platform free of biases and fully inclusive, in an extremely competitive market, with complex client requirements and decision making pathways. 


They needed support in aligning all elements of the sales funnel, from digital marketing to product demos and sales conversions.

THE CHALLENGE


As is often the case with Tech start ups, the product itself kept evolving and a lot of time was spent creating custom demos for prospects. Creating a lead gen marketing campaign was a challenge as the target audience had not been defined.

THE SOLUTION


We acted as fractional CMOs, brought the various teams together to improve synergies and produce an effective conversion funnel. We brought customers and their end users back to the centre of the design of the approach and materials by creating archetypes (personas) and exploring where and how to approach them, resulting in targeted campaigns.
